HOW TO PLAY: 

Teams will venture out on a wildly crazy urban quest to locate a missing idol.  Teams can travel by Car, Bike, Bus or even on foot if they want. The choice is yours.

Once the hunt begins, teams will receive a series of locations or items via text message.  Each location or item requires a team photo.

As the hunt continues, teams will be texted clues to the whereabouts of the missing idol. 

First team to correctly complete the photo scavenger hunt and then find the idol, Wins! 

Teams must complete all photos before claiming the idol.

SOME  DO’S

Do Pre-Register one cell phone to receive text messages during the hunt.  Refer to your receipt for details on how to pre-register.

Do find a strategic location within the “Boundary Area” to start from.  No meet up location required.

Do locate all the photo checkpoints and Do complete all team photos as specified.

Do be careful, incorrect photos are the reason why the first team is usually not the winning team.

Do use the clues provided to hunt for and locate the idol after you’ve complete the photos.

Do obey all laws.

First team to complete photos correctly and then find the idol, Wins!

SOME  DON’TS

Don’t bring a separate Designated Driver who is not part of your team. Everyone on your team must be in all photos including the driver.  If another team photographs your team leaving a driver at the wheel,  your team will be disqualified.  Remember everyone has a camera.

Don’t break the law. You are required by law to obey traffic laws.       Drive safely. You are solely responsible for your own actions. 

Don’t try to claim the Idol until you have all your photos done.                 We verify team photos before determining a winner.  Team photos must  be completed prior to searching for and claiming the idol.

Don’t interfere with private functions such as; weddings, funerals, gatherings or other events.

Don’t cut, dig, move or destroy anything. The idol is in clear sight. It is not hidden.

Don’t go inside a business or facility unless specifically stated to do so.

GENERAL RULES:

Each photo and clue location your team receives will require a team photo with the item or the location.  If the item or location in your team photo is not clear to our staff or if we cannot decipher that all players were in a photo, the photo will not count and your team will need to go back and take the photo correctly.

All teammates must stick together.

Teams cannot claim the idol until they have completed all the photo challenges correctly. A staff member will be on site with the idol to verify photos are correct.  

Photo verification is only performed until we have a winner.  

The Idol will remain in play until the hunt officially ends at 3pm.

This will allow all teams the opportunity to finish the hunt. The winner is the first team to find the idol AND have all their photos correct.

Join everyone in an after party and awards ceremony. Meet other teams and enjoy some great food and drinks specials.  Location will be texted out during the hunt.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

After purchasing your entry, you will receive directions to pre-register your cell phone for the hunt.  If you paid here on our website, you will receive an email with-in a couple of days that will include a special link to register your phone and your team.  Simply open the email and follow the link provided inside.  Once successful, a text message will be sent back showing your cell phone has been successfully added and capable of receiving the information about the clues.  If you purchased entry via an online site such as Living Social or other website, your receipt will provide the link information. Follow the link and register your team and phone as directed.
